The highest observation deck in the European Union is now open
Highline Warsaw is a new attraction in Varso Tower—a viewing platform with a full 360-degree panorama. From September, you can admire Warsaw from the highest observatory in the entire European Union. Visitors have the opportunity to see the city from a completely new perspective, learn about its history thanks to multimedia installations, and relax from the hustle and bustle in a garden above the clouds—on the 49th floor.
The journey begins in the Varso Tower’s lobby, from where panoramic elevators whisk guests up to the 46th floor in a matter of seconds. There is an exhibition corridor and an Experience Room to help visitors find their way around and discover Warsaw’s characteristic features. Another elevator takes visitors to the very top—the 53rd floor, the highest observation deck in the EU, at a height of approx. 230 metres. From there, the view of the whole capital stretches out—from the Palace of Culture and Science, through the bridges across the Vistula River, to open spaces like Pole Mokotowskie and Royal Łazienki Park. If the weather is good, you can see far-away sights, sometimes even neighbouring cities. The ticket price also includes access to the multimedia section and a gastronomic zone.
On the 49th floor, the HighGarden Rooftop Lounge awaits you—a green space with lush vegetation, original cocktails inspired by local flavours, and a place for special events. The tour ends on the 46th floor, where there is a shop with Warsaw souvenirs and an AI photo booth.
